A Last_Name, SSN, Mothers_Last_Name or Fathers_Last_Name must be entered. If a Death_Day | Birth_Day or Death_Month | Birth_Month is entered, it must be entered as two digits; for example, "08" and not "8". Also, don't use apostrophes; for example, enter "ONEILL" instead of "O'NEILL".
Please note that the the wildcard string is "%". Thus, if you want to search for any last name beginning with "LO", you would enter "LO%".
Finally, you don't need to enter a value for every field.
If you want to search for all "JOHNSON" whose mother's last name was "NELSON",
just enter "JOHNSON" in the Last_Name field and "NELSON" in the Mothers_Last_Name
field.
